How to Reset/Change Your NMI Password
Overview: This walkthrough will navigate you through the NMI portal and show you how to reset/change your NMI password.
1. While signed in to your NMI dashboard, select the "Settings" option under the Utilities section located towards the bottom of your screen.
2. Next, select the "User Accounts" option in the General Options section.
3. Then select the "Username" associated with the admin name that will need the password rest/change.
Note: DO NOT open the Username that includes "API." If the API account is altered, the account could experience issues.
4. Select the blue "Change Password" button to reset your password.
5. You will then be prompted with a window to change your password. Fill in your new password in the requested fields and select the"Confirm Password Reset." You can now log into your account with your new password.
Important: All donor information has been hidden to protect their privacy and information.
