How to Change Email Globally on Website:
Overview: This guide will walk you through how to update your email on your website globally.
Note 1: This will change the email for your footer and header once updated in the Global Settings.
Note 2: This will change the email recipient for all forms that have {{Business Email}} in the Notification Email field in the form builder. If another custom email is in that field then this edit will have no effect and will need to be updated in the form builder window.
Getting Started: How to Change Email Globally on Website
1. While on the Dashboard, select the "Master Settings" module on the left-hand side of your screen.
2. Next, in the dropdown menu select the "Global Settings" option, followed by "Basic Settings."
3. Open Tab 2 called "Address Details."
4. Next, locate and input your new email in the "Business Email" field.
5. No scroll down and select "Save."
Note 1: Its important that your email is accepted into the system, please note some custom email addresses may not save properly and if that occurs, please submit a ticket to our support so we can get access.
Note 2: Once you save your new email, this will then populate automatically in the header and footer of your website for every page.
Please note, if your email appears anywhere in between the header and footer, this may require manually updating within the visual builder.
