How to Update a Profile Picture - Merchant (Fundraising)


Overview: This walkthrough will cover how to update a profile image on anyone's profile via the fundraising module.


1. While logged into your dashboard select the "Fundraising" module on the left-hand side of your screen.


2. Next, select "Donors" in the drop-down.


3. Then search for the donor in the search field in need of a profile image update.


4. Once you see the merchant name listed, select their name as it appears in blue under the name column.


5. Next, once you are on the donors profile, find and select the red icon (covering the bottom left hand corner of the profile image with a white arrow pointing up.)


6. Your File Manger (Where you store files in the NETSIMPLE platform) will pop up. Select the "Home Icon."


7. Next, find and select the folder titled "Profile Images" (if this folder is not listed, you can create one. Follow this link on how to do that - https://support.netsimple.io/support/solutions/articles/70000665834-how-to-create-a-new-folder-in-your-file-manager-merchant)


8. Once you've selected the Profile Image folder, select the "Upload" button in the top left-hand corner of the File Manager window.


9. Next, drag and drop your profile image into the file manager window to upload.


10. Once you see a check mark appear over the image, this means the image has been successfully uploaded. You can now select the image and it will appear in your profile image slot.
