Note: This is a walk-through that will demonstrate how to cancel a recurring account in your Cleargive Portal.
How to Cancel a Recurring Payment in Cleargive Portal - Merchant:
1. First, select the "Reports" tab on the top of your screen.
2. Next, select the "Donations" in your menu options.
3. In the Donations drop-down menu, select the "Active Recurring Report" to access the reccuring accounts set up in your portal.
4. While on your Active Recurring Accounts screen, find the account in question and select the "Cancel Set-Up" option in the very last column associated with the account.
5. You will be prompted with a confirmation box, where you will select "Yes" if you are sure you wish to cancel the recurring account.
