How to Update Your Email in the Global Settings


Overview: This walkthrough will cover how a merchant can change their email in the Netsimple portal.


Updating Email in Global Settings:


1. While logged into your dashboard select the "Master Settings" module on the left-hand side of your screen.


2. Next, select "Global Settings" in the drop-down.


3. Then select "Basic Settings" below global settings.


4. To the right-hand side of your screen you will see all your back-end global settings covering all the properties your site was built on. Select the "Address Tab."


5. Next, find the "Business Email" field below the business name. This is where you can input your new email or whenever you update it.


6. Once you have added your new email address, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the blue "Save" button.
