Before Getting Started: Navigate to the E-commerce Dashboard

 

1. On your “Welcome Home” screen, select the “ECOMMERCE” module located to the left-hand side of your screen in the sidebar menu. 

 

2. Next, in the drop-down list, select the “Dashboard” option.

 

3. You will now be prompted with the E-commerce "Dashboard" window that displays a wide variety of information pertaining to transaction history.


 What Will Be Displayed on the E-Commerce Dashboard:

 

Total Sales: The total sales chart displays the total number of successful transactions made. This chart also has filter functionality (top right-hand drop-down menu) and can be broken down by a daily, monthly, and yearly period. 

 

Total Orders: The total orders chart displays the total number of successful orders placed. This chart also has filter functionality (top right-hand drop-down menu) and can be broken down by a daily, monthly, and yearly period.

 

Average Per Sale: The average per sale chart displays the average amount spent on each sale made. This chart also has filter functionality (top right-hand drop-down menu) and can be broken down by a daily, monthly, and yearly period.

 

Recent Orders (Tab 1): The recent orders list will display the most recent orders processed and will include the status of that order, as-well-as the user's information regarding that transaction. 

 

Note 1: To add a new order, select the "+Add New" button located towards the bottom left-hand side of the block of the recent order. 

 

Note 2: To view all orders, you can fast track the navigation process of the sidebar and select the "View All" button located towards the bottom right-hand side of the block of the recent order. This will bring you to your "View Orders" screen.

 

Top Selling Products (Tab 2): The top-selling products list will display the most popular products sold and will include any practical information about that product.


Note 1: To add a new product, select the 
"+Add New" button located towards the bottom left-hand side of the block of the recent order (be sure you are in the "Top Selling Products" tab first). This will prompt the add product screen without having to navigate through the sidebar menu.

 

Note 2: To view all products, you can fast track navigating through the sidebar and select the "View All" button located towards the bottom right-hand side of the block of the recent order (be sure you are in the "Top Selling Products" tab first). This will bring you to your "Product List" screen.

 

Total Customers: The total customers block will display the total number of consumers who have made purchases through your online store. This data can be broken down into three categories, daily, monthly, and yearly. To filter your total customers, select the white dropdown menu, and select your desired time span.

 

Product Per Sale: 

 

Refund: The refund block will display the total number of refunds to date. This option can be filtered into a daily, monthly, and yearly span to aid in better consumer tracking.

 

Average Refund: The average refund block will display the average refund amount. This option can be filtered into a daily, monthly, and yearly span to aid in better consumer tracking.
